BOL Production House is an office interior project developed within an existing industrial building and adapted for a creative production company. The intervention preserves the original structural character while introducing new architectural elements to organize the workspace. Open-plan areas are combined with meeting rooms and communal zones, defined through built-in furniture, partitions and changes in level rather than full enclosure. The construction prioritizes clarity in spatial organization, durability of materials and precise coordination between structure, finishes and lighting to support intensive daily use.
