Casa V&I is the transformation of a former office space into a combined residential and working environment. The intervention is based on an open-plan layout where architectural elements, built-in furniture and changes in level define different uses without full enclosure. Platforms, steps and fixed volumes organize living, working and social areas while maintaining spatial continuity. The construction prioritizes natural light, material neutrality and precise detailing, allowing the space to adapt to daily use while maintaining a clear architectural structure. The project is conceived as a flexible system in which habitation and work coexist within a single continuous interior.
